- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2020-04-03, by Gary koDon't buy one. Service is horrible. Living close to the warehouse/head office one would think it would be easy to get service. NOT so. Wound up getting a past dealer to perform service work. Would highly recommend Locstone for any new purchases or repairs.
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2019-12-18, by Cheryl MasonLiked it for the first couple of months.... Installed 2013.... Then started malfunctioning. Had to replace convection fan within the first year.. Now more problems. Can not find anyone to service these stoves since they are from Canada. Ordering new parts is expensive and need to be shipped from Canada (high shipping costs) Person/ Company i purchased from is no longer in business. Dead end when contacting tech support in Canada. Apparently they do no not want to stand behind their products. Compared to others, these stoves are loud and it is annoying. DO NOT BUY... I wish i went with a Harmon or at least something else.
